Had a decent Christmas break ! Got two free bottles of water and a bag of chips every day. Good location, close to downtown. Easy to find a taxi or Uber, and go to the beach or visit Machu Picchu ruins. Enjoyed the nice and quiet room with a balcony, which overlooked the city.
Most of the staff was not friendly and they didn't seem professional. the bathroom was too small and not well cleaned.

The hot water in the shower was amazing and the room was cleaned to perfection every day. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located just a few minutes away from the main square and close to many local shops and restaurants. the bed was very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.
Our romantic escape was not as enjoyable as we had hoped due to the noise level in and around the hotel. The sounds of ambulances and traffic kept us up all night, and we were disappointed by the lack of common areas within the hotel.
